Weighted Cotton Blanket - 7 kg
A chunky knitted weighted blanket is a blanket to help you sleep better and feel calmer. It is made of organic cotton and knitted by hand from a thick cotton ‘tube’. This breathable organic cotton is ideal for all seasons.
Weighted blankets have been medically proven to aid naturally deeper sleep cycles. Due to the increased weight and pressure, it offers a feeling of "hug", which will make you feel less stressed and more relaxed. Using a blanket also releases melatonin and reduces cortisol secretion, which means you will fall asleep easier and also sleep longer.

Your blanket should be roughly 10% of your body weight (i.e 70 kg body weight = 7 kg blanket weight).
If you're between weights, we recommend you go with the higher weight category (i.e 80-90 kg body weight is best-suited to a 9 kg blanket weight).
Our weighted blankets are designed for a single person and come in three different weights:
